Return and Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to properly run JoikuSpot Premium in the device for which you purchased the license for or are not satisfied with the product, you are eligible for refund. Refund requests need to be addressed to support@joikusoft.com and are handled with confidence and priority. Refund requests need to include the proper purchase receipt that you have received from us to the email address you provided as part of the purchase process. Refund requests need to take place in two weeks following the purchase. Upon refund, the license to operate JoikuSpot Premium in the target device will discontinue, as well as eligibility for all related services such as professional customer care. Upon refund we request the IMEI code of your phone to kill the license from operating after the refund has been given, and license discontinues accordingly. If product is used following the refund, our system will detect such, and this is considered illegal activity in the form of software piracy.
