In case your JoikuSpot Premium purchase attempt failed, or the payment form resulted any form of error message from payment service provider Paypal, please make sure your web browser allows Cookies, has javascript enabled and doesn't block the popups. If you entered www.joiku.com through JoikuSpot Light web landing page, and the site doesn't work properly, please manually enter the url www.joiku.com in your web browser window and try again.
If you did not find an answer to your question in the JoikuSpot FAQ or User guides, or in case you have any other problems using the web site or processing a purchase transaction, please contact our professional customer care via email at support(at)joikusoft.com. Our customer care will help you as soon as possible.
In case your issue is related to renewing (having e.g. lost your license), transferring or upgrading your JoikuSpot Premium License, please include your purchase receipt that you got, when you purchased the software license, to expedite the handling of your request. In any other cases it is also good to include proof of your valid license information (receipt, transaction ID etc), to get priority in handling your request.
