----------------------------------------------------- Hi, just downloaded the light version of JoikuSpot and have had no problems with installation, however, I only appear to be able to get a maximum of about 15 minutes before it stops working. I stop & close the app but after a restart it works again but only for a further few minutes. I'm looking to buy the full version but it's not worth the money if it falls over after this short period of time. Is the full version more stable? I've read reviews indicating that others have used the light version for hours, so does the mean that the support for E63 is not great? Any help or comments will be useful. Cheers. |

----------------------------------------------------- Hi, Do you have the latest firmware in your E63? You can easily check it at www.nokia.com/softwareupdate. We highly recommend to update if there is a newer version available. Also updating iPod Touch might do the trick. Sometimes operators restrict the use of JoikuSpot and similar applications in their network.
